Will this pandemic end?

Son: Satan found a way to mutate that virus and there are thousands and thousands dying right now.Those who live are consumed with fear for their lives and for their families.Starvation could be next and maybe crime when people start taking from each other to feed and shelter their families.

Father: Yes, that is the situation. Their hearts are like those that were in Sodom and Gomorrah.

Son: Should we stop this? You are the creator of all that exists and You can change this if you want. Tell me what you would have me do.

Father: You know my heart. I love each and every one of them. I desired to provide them a garden again but they aren’t listening.

Son: You warned them about this coronavirus pandemic?

Father: In a way, I did. I told them that this earth could be a virtual paradise if they would take care of it and follow the simple rules. But, as you know, they grew to think they knew more than ME and began to live only for themselves. They forgot just like they forgot in Sodom and Gomorrah before it was destroyed.

Son: Why did you take down that country?

Father: They lived for another god.

Son: Another god?

Father: They lived for themselves. They were immoral, greedy, lacking compassion and arrogant. They thought they knew more than the One and Only God: Me. The whole problem was growing out of control. When they wouldn’t listen, I didn’t divert a renegade asteroid from their land. As you know, when this impacted and burned, it released burning sulfur which was toxic to both plants, animals and humans. Those who survived the asteroid impact and breathed this burning sulfur also perished.

Son: Why did you not stop this from raining down on them?

Father: Satan would have used their lifestyle example to infect the whole world, that self-gratification was the way to live. I had to stop it. As you know, I gave man free will so he could choose to be one with Me or chose to live by his own means. In that land, man listened to Satan and was deceived into thinking man was in control although he actually had relinquished control to Satan. They had their moments of pleasure but they were becoming more and more evil. They were not only arrogant but narcissistic. They worshiped themselves.

Son: Can you stop this pandemic? Can you have the virus mutate back to what it was before Satan found a way to make it toxic to humans?

Father: Of course, I can.

Son: Will you do this?

Father: Just like Sodom and Gomorrah had become infested in evil, this world is now infested with evil. This world needs to trust me again and come to me with humility and reverence.

Son: Abram asked you how many would it take to save that land. How many will it take to save this land from the coronavirus.

Father: See Isaiah 13

9 See, the day of the Lord is coming —a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger— to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.

11 I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless. 12 I will make people scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.

Son: Has that day arrived?

Father: Just as when I sent you to provide a way for all that have sinned and fallen short, there were sacrifices. You were the ultimate sacrifice. Through you, all can return to ME and be one with ME, because of your sacrifice. That was hard and this is hard.

Son: But, has the day arrived that you are punishing the world for its sinfulness? Is this the end of the world as we know it?

Father: See Mark 13:32 32 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

If this were that day, you would already know.

Son: People are scared and fear this situation is hopeless.

Father: I love all people and want them to turn back to me, abandoning evil and self-worship. 1 Peter 1 Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming. 14 As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. 15 But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; 16 for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”[a] 17 Since you call on a Father who judges each person’s work impartially, live out your time as foreigners here in reverent fear. 18 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. 20 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. 21 Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.

22 Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.[b] 23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24 For,

“All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall,

25 but the word of the Lord endures forever.”[c]

And this is the word that was preached to you.
